A Mareva (freezing) injunction requires a good arguable case on the merits and a real risk of dissipation of assets to be established on solid evidence; an allegation or even a good arguable case of dishonesty does not by itself prove a risk of dissipation unless the dishonesty alleged has a real and material bearing on the risk that assets will be dissipated.
