Key Principle
The Court of First Instance may grant an anti-arbitration injunction to restrain a fresh arbitration that amounts to an impermissible collateral attack on existing partial arbitral awards, while reiterating that the court will not interfere with a tribunal's case-management decisions or entertain disguised challenges to awards under s.81 of the Arbitration Ordinance (Cap.609).
