A post-termination non-compete covenant will not be enforced where a less restrictive non-solicitation/non-dealing covenant would adequately protect the employer's legitimate interest in customer connection, and a non-compete is unenforceable where the scope of its protected class (here 'Restricted Customer') is left undefined and so extends further than reasonably necessary.
