Lister v Romford Ice and Cold Storage Co Ltd

It is an implied term of a contract of employment that an employee will perform his duties with reasonable care and skill, and an employer who has been held vicariously liable to a third party for the employee's negligence may recover an indemnity from the negligent employee for breach of that implied term.
