Re Real Estate Development Co

Key Principle
An unregistered (foreign) company may be wound up by the English court as an unregistered company only where three conditions are met: a sufficient connection with England and Wales, a reasonable possibility of benefit to those applying for the order, and at least one person interested in the distribution of assets being a person over whom the court can exercise jurisdiction.
