W v Registrar of Marriages

The constitutional right to marry (Art 37 Basic Law; Art 19(2) BOR) requires that a post-operative male-to-female transsexual be treated as a 'woman' for the purpose of marriage; the biological-only criterion in Corbett v Corbett is no longer an acceptable test.
