Bourlakova v Bourlakov

A representative of a deceased person's estate appointed under CPR 19.12 acts under the court's direction and the court may give guidance on the scope of the representative's duties, powers and rights, including duties of consultation, rights to information, ability to make counterclaims or settle, and exposure to costs.
