Court delivered its decision in MJZP v Director-General of Security & Anor

Section 46(2) of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 (Cth), which requires a court hearing an appeal to withhold from a party documents or information certified by the Attorney-General as prejudicial to security, defence or international relations, does not infringe Chapter III of the Constitution.
