DAC v MAE Aircraft Management WLL

A lessee under an aircraft lease who signed a Technical Acceptance Certificate and proceeded on the footing that delivery had occurred is estopped (by convention and/or by contract) from later denying valid delivery or airworthiness in order to resist a claim for unpaid rent, so summary judgment may be entered for the rent.
