Key Principle

Where parties have agreed an exclusive English jurisdiction clause, the court will ordinarily restrain by anti-suit injunction (or otherwise enforce) the bargain unless the party resisting enforcement shows strong reasons, and the interests of justice in a single composite trial avoiding the risk of inconsistent judgments involving non-parties may constitute such strong reasons.
