Key Principle

To establish harassment under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 a claimant must prove conduct on at least two occasions, targeted at the claimant, calculated in an objective sense to cause alarm or distress, and which is objectively oppressive and unacceptable judged against the relevant social or working context.
