A publisher of conspiracy-theory videos making defamatory factual allegations is liable in defamation and may be ordered to pay general and aggravated damages with an injunction; but a parallel harassment claim under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 fails where the claimant was outside the jurisdiction at all material times so that the harm was not felt within England and Wales.
