Gagliardi v Evolution Capital Management LLC

An employee domiciled in the United Kingdom is entitled under s.15C of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982 to be sued (in matters relating to his employment contract) only in the courts of his domicile, and the English court will grant an anti-suit injunction to restrain foreign proceedings brought in breach of that statutory protection.
