HKSAR v Leung Chung Hang Sixtus

To take part in an unlawful assembly under s.18 of the Public Order Ordinance the defendant must participate with the requisite participatory intent; whether the conduct was likely to cause others reasonably to fear a breach of the peace is judged objectively, independent of the defendant's intention.
