Howard v Savage

Key Principle
On annulment of a bankruptcy the court retains a discretion over the trustee's remuneration and expenses, and a trustee who has misled the court as to the interest and charges due to him may have his costs and remuneration assessed and reduced to a sum proportionate to the work properly done.
