Persons who combine with a judgment debtor to dissipate or conceal assets in breach of a worldwide freezing order, with knowledge of the order, commit the tort of unlawful means conspiracy (and may be liable under the Marex tort of inducing/assisting violation of a judgment) where the object is to injure the judgment creditor by frustrating enforcement.
