The English court will grant anti-suit and anti-enforcement injunctions to restrain foreign (here Russian) proceedings brought in breach of arbitration agreements, including on a quasi-contractual basis and even where the seat is foreign or as yet undesignated, and may order a mandatory injunction requiring the respondent to take steps to set aside a judgment obtained in breach.
