On the construction of a CIF commodity sale contract, an express term requiring the cargo to be 'in line with the following typicals' was not, on the proper construction of the contract as a whole, a warranty or requirement as to the quality or description of the goods, particularly where other terms expressly excluded the 'typicals' from the product's description, quality and fitness for purpose.
