Under s.97A of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 the court may order internet service providers to block, or attempt to block, access to websites facilitating large-scale copyright infringement (here sites linking to pirate Nintendo Switch games) where the statutory jurisdictional conditions are met and the order is proportionate.
