An English court may grant an anti-suit injunction to restrain proceedings brought in an EU member state in breach of a London arbitration agreement, including a subrogated direct-action claim by a third-party insurer who is bound by the arbitration clause it seeks to enforce, the post-Brexit removal of the Brussels Recast regime no longer precluding such relief.
