Republic of Djibouti & Ors v Boreh & Ors

The court has jurisdiction under CPR 25.12 to order security for costs after judgment (post-judgment security for costs), and may do so where a successful defendant who obtained pre-trial security faces a shortfall (e.g. through an indemnity costs award) and would have negligible prospects of enforcing a costs order against the claimant abroad.
