SRA v Leigh Day & others

On a statutory appeal from the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal the court will not interfere with the Tribunal's findings of fact and evaluative judgments unless they are wrong or unjust by reason of serious procedural irregularity; the appellate court accords appropriate deference to the expert tribunal that heard the evidence.
