World Trade v. Czarnikow Sugar
World Trade Corporation Ltd v C Czarnikow Sugar Ltd [2004] EWHC 2332 (Comm)
Key Principle
Section 68(2)(d) of the Arbitration Act 1996 requires a tribunal to deal with each essential issue put to it, but it does not require the tribunal to set out each step of its reasoning or to address every point or argument; a failure of reasoning is not the same as a failure to deal with an issue and is not, of itself, a serious irregularity.
