ZAB v Persons Unknown

The court may grant and continue an interim injunction against persons unknown to restrain the use or disclosure of unlawfully exfiltrated confidential information in a cyber-extortion/ransomware context, together with claimant anonymity and retrospective authorisation of alternative service, where this is necessary to protect confidentiality and affected individuals.
