In ancillary matters, the pool of matrimonial assets is generally determined as at the date of interim judgment and valued as at the date of the ancillary hearing, with departures requiring cogent reasons; and an adverse inference for non-disclosure will be drawn only where there is a substratum of evidence establishing a prima facie case and the party had particular access to the concealed information.
