An applicant for an anti-suit injunction to restrain foreign proceedings in alleged breach of an arbitration agreement must show to a high degree of probability that a valid and binding arbitration agreement governs the dispute, and where conflicting contractual documents and a mandatory local employment-law regime exist the court may refuse relief both for want of such probability and as a matter of discretion.
