Davis v. Wakelee

Key Principle
Where a party assumes a certain position in a legal proceeding and succeeds in maintaining it, he may not, simply because his interests have changed, thereafter assume a contrary position, especially to the prejudice of a party who acquiesced in the position formerly taken.
