IPJSC United Company Rusal v Whiteleave Holdings Ltd & Ors

A party may be ordered to give disclosure of documents held by a foreign company where, under PD 57AD, it has practical (as well as legal) control over those documents, and the existence of such control is assessed on the facts including under any relevant foreign law.
